In addition to leading Triban, Bo has been the President and CEO for Knez Homes, Northeast Ohio’s premier custom home builder, for over 30 years. Bo has built over 1,000 homes and has also performed work in the medical, commercial, and government arenas. His expertise in land development has provided some of Northeast Ohio's most desirable homes and improved neighborhoods.

As a teenager, Rick’s career in excavating was jumpstarted by working alongside his family business. Learning from those with 50+ years of experience, Rick took his talents to the world of residential building where he worked as a project manager for the past 20 years. Most recently, Rick is now Triban’s Land Development Manager. His responsibilities involve hiring trades to execute land clearing, excavation, road installation, and transfer to national and local builders of land.
